The Trip That Changed My Life
I did not expect such a turnaround in my life. God gave me the opportunity through Pastor Carlos to join the Reaching the Hungry Thailand Missions Trip in June. Going into this mission trip, I did not expect my desires for my own future to change. I was so blessed to experience the culture and be involved in the sports and children's outreaches in Thailand.
I was able to meet new friends from all over the globe who had a passion to serve in ministry as I was able to learn so much from the people around me. As time went on during the Trip I felt God challenge me with my own personal walk with Him. Am I truly following Him wholeheartedly, or am I holding onto my own desires?
This really challenged my heart, and I spent days praying about what this really meant for me. After time of prayer and asking for His answer, I felt He told me that I needed to decide if I am to put His will first or mine. I CHOSE HIS!
I now have this passion to make Jesus Famous and to share His love through my life. So wherever He leads me next, my desire is to wholeheartedly follow Him!
